For some Texas landowners, time is up!!
That's after they were ordered by a judge to give up some land for the construction of the border wall.
The Justice Department sued the city of Eagle Pass, under eminent domain laws, to get access to about 100 miles of land southwest of San Antonio.
The city was informed about the lawsuit on Tuesday.
The Department of Homeland Security plans to build more than 300 miles of fencing and 300 miles of barriers by the end of the year.
It's part of a plan to secure our borders.
People who live along the Rio Grand Valley will also be affected.
