Two men at the center of the sex scandal surrounding the West Texas State School in Pyote have been given trial dates.
On Wednesday morning, former Administrator Ray Brookins went before a judge in Ward County.
He's going to trial on April 28th.
The other man involved in the controversy, John Paul Hernandez, appeared before the same judge Wednesday afternoon.
His court date was set for June 2nd.
Because Brookins attorney didn't know about Wednesday's hearing until two days ago, the judge also selected a date for a pre-trial hearing for both men in March.
Brookins attorney plans to file a change of venue for the trial.
Both men are accused in the scandal by allegedy trading favors for sexual acts.
