ODESSA - It's not Ebay, not even close, because on freecycle.org everything is free. Here in the Basin more than a thousand users can log in an unloaded their unwated stuff.

"Treadmills, all kinds of clothing from kids, for adults, men and women. Gym equipment," is all there says member, Lisa Planter.

It's kind of a garage sale over the web, but nothing is for sale.

"I think it's pretty cool," said Planter, "Freecycle is kind of a green thing. We're trying to keep things out of landfills that other people can use."

Around the world millions reuse old items through freecycle. Lisa Planter gave away a working washer and dryer, she didn't need anymore.

"Somebody contacted me and came and picked it up," said Planter, "This way you're sure it's getting to somebody that actually wants it and needs it."

"You never know what you're going to see," said Planter.
