Midland Police are not sure if the two armed robberies on Sunday are connected at all to another armed robbery at a Kent Kwik.

Officers say it all happened early Saturday morning.

They say it was around 5:20am when a female employee was opening the Kent Kwik in the 33-hundred block of West Wall.

That's when the suspect who Police describe as an african-american man wearing dark clothes came from behind and pulled out a knife.

The robber then took cash from the register, jumped in a car, and took off.

Police are still investigating.
