Odessa Christmas in Action is now accepting applications through January 31, 2008, from elderly or disabled homeowners who are in need of home repairs.
Qualifications for assistance:
- Elderly (60 years and older)
- Disabled (if not elderly)
- Homeowner - if paying mortgage, must have paid for 3 years
- No Mobile Homes, Trailers, or Rental Property
- Home located in Ector County
- Property Taxes must be current
- Low Income (financially unable to afford repairs)
PROJECT HOMES ARE CHOSEN BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS, NEED, AND AVAILABLE VOLUNTEERS AND DONATIONS.
