Four Iraan teens who beat and killed two deer earlier this month won't be returning to school.

The students have been given the maximum punishment from the district, 88 days in alternative school.

That's pretty much an entire semester.

Starting January 8th, the four will not be allowed on school grounds at all.

That includes taking part in sports, going to games, and school dances.

That's not the only punishment they're facing.

The teens were given Class "C" Misdemeanors, and must pay up to a 500-dollar fine.

Game Warden Chris Amthor says because the four have no prior record and were remorseful and cooperative with investigators, they are not planning to file any additional charges.
