A Midland man convicted of Murder today.
42-year-old Derrick Walton fatally shot a man at Price's Bar back in July of 2004.
The victim, 26 year old Kenya Harris died after being shot twice in the back of the head.
Walton will be sentenced on Friday (12-14).
According to city officials, the warrant was issued for Rondale Farris, 37.
