Another Midland student attacked at school by a classmate.

It happened November 28th.

This time, a San Jacinto Junior High student escaped with only a broken jaw.

Both teens were released to their parents .

One student broke his jaw in three places after falling and hitting his face against a urinal.

The family of the injured teen believes since this is the second major fight at a Midland school, there needs to be a better way to protect students .

"There's just not enough security for 800 students like they're saying," one family member said.

Disciplinary action was taken against both students.

The investigation is ongoing.
