The Texas Youth Commision's problems just keep piling up.
Now seven inmates are suing a West Texas Juvenile Prison for abuse.
They're taking the company that ran the Coke County Juvenile Justice Center to court.
The inmates claim they were mentally, physically and sexually abused by a guard who was a registered sex offender.
The suit names the GEO group of Florida .
The company ran the lock-up until the state removed all of the inmates and canceled GEO's contract in October, citing unsanitary and unsafe conditions.
A spokesman for GEO says the company has no comment about the lawsuit.
No comment either from the Texas Youth Commission.
