Three men accused in a deadly apartment shooting in Odessa, now face capital murder charges.
A grand jury indicted Israel Lujan, Fernando Andujo, and Daniel Orona.
All are accused in an overnight shooting at the Spanish Oaks Apartments back in August, that left Hector Medrano dead.
Authorities say the three approached Hector and his brother Alex, and demanded money.
Before the brothers had a chance to respond, police say the suspects opened fire, injuring Alex and killing Hector.
Andujo and Orona remain behind bars.
Lujan is in the Ward County Jail on a misdemeanor charge.
If convicted, all three men could get the death penalty.
The minimum sentence they could get is life without parole.
