Another blow on Sunday for the Texas Youth Commission after a report from the Dallas Morning News.

Reportedly they found that some inmates taught themselves computer software programs, while others weren't even enrolled in classes.

The investigation reported that even one mentally retarded inmate who read at a second grade level still got a high school diploma.

The report comes after the T-Y-C has been under fire after allegations of sexual abuse of youths by some staff.

Agency officials say certain edcuational goals aren't reached, becauase it's difficult to keep certified teachers.
