More problems for the West Texas State School in Pyote.

A Texas Ranger is now saying he's found undelivered mail from two years ago.

After the Texas Youth Commission got a tip on an abuse hotline, Ranger Brian Burzinski and a representative from the sheriff's office seized the old mail, addressed to inmates, but never given to them.

The mail appears to be from about September to December of 2005.

TYC Spokesman Jim Hurley expects the inquiry to become a criminal investigation.

The school became the center of a scandal when it was reported that officials allegedly ignored signs of sexual abuse of some inmates.
