Unanswered questions still surround the death of a Monahans man in Ector County.

According to Sheriff Mark Donaldson, 30-year-old Bryan Scott Hoover died last Thursday, five days after authorities answered a call for a car accident.

Investigators say Hoover was riding in a car with his wife, when somehow he ended up outside of the car.

They can't figure out if he jumped out, fell out, or was pushed out.

Hoover was taken to the hospital where he later died.

Preliminary autopsy results show Hoover wasn't knocked out.

Now they're waiting on toxicology reports which will take a few more weeks.
