Bill Dodson indicted on Intoxication Manslaughter charges

Intoxication manslaughter.

That's the indictment handed down Wednesday from a Midland grand jury agains an area business owner.

43 year old Bill Dodson, owner of Paradigm Physical Therapy and Sports Science Centers could now face up to twenty years in prison in connection with the death of 23-year old Paul Roy Rice.

Dodson was arrested May 12th following an accident in the 7200 block of West County Road 48.

According to DPS troopers, when they arrived at the crash site, they found Dodson drunk, his 2004 Lexus had crashed through a fence, landing upside down.

Rice was declared dead at the scene.
