Customers of a Texas shoe store are being warned to watch their bank accounts.

Transaction records from an Arlington Payless Shoe Source were found early Monday in the grass outside the store.
Credit card receipts and other personal information was dumped behind the store.

The logs and receipts showed customer names, addresses, and credit card numbers with expiration dates from transactions at the store.

Some customer said they were shocked to see the private information out in public view.

"Oh my God, I need to be careful then," Josie Hernandez said. "That stuff needs to be shredded. Anybody can come up here and get all of this."

A representative from Payless said the credit card numbers that were found were encrypted through special software.

By Monday evening the store had not removed any of the papers from the ground.
