Whether or not the Commemorative Air Force owns a rare war-plane will be decided in an Ohio courtroom.

The C-A-F was notified last month that a lawsuit concerning the ownership of an air fighter would be settled in Dayton, Ohio next year.

The venue decision is the result of a lawsuit filed in April of last year.

According to reports, only five of the P-82 fighter plane's are still in existence.

The C-A-F's Lawyer says the trial is set for October 2008.
