A multi-million dollar Lajitas Resort is on the auction block.
A U.S. Bankruptcy Court ordered the sale this week.
Steve Smith of Austin bought the 25-thousand acre property in 2000 for 4.5 million dollars hoping to turn it into an exclusive desert getaway.
Smith filed for bankruptcy this past July owing creditors more than 16-million-dollars.
The 92-room resort includes a jet strip and the famous beer-drinking goat, Clay Henry the Third.
