Town & Country stores getting new owners

West Texas Convenience Store chain Town and Country is also getting new owners.

According to Town and Country's website, Susser Holdings Corporation out of Corpus Christi has agrred to buy the parent company of the San Angelo based chain for 361 million dollars.

Town and Country operates 168 stores in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.

The sale is expected to completed in the next two to three months.
