A Midland man accused of killing an Abilene Police Officer while driving drunk has been indicted.
28-year old Marcos Suarez has been charged with intoxcation manslaughter.
Toxicology reports show Suarez's blood-alcohol level was over the legal limit when he hit Jeff McCoy's squad car.
Police believe the 28-year-old Midland man was speeding when he hit a dip in the street, spun out of control, crossed the center line and hit McCoy's car sending the car into a utility pole.
If convicted, Suarez could recieve a maximum sentence of 20 years and a possible 10-thousand dollar fine.
