A third man has been arrested in connection with that alleged robbery at a Las Vegas hotel involving OJ Simpson.
54year-old Clarence Stewart of Las Vegas now faces the same charges Simpson does.
This, as Simpson remains behind bars this morning, without bail.
Late Monday night, OJ Simpson's sister and girlfriend visited him at the Las Vegas jail but left without saying a word.
Simpson will likely stay in jail until his first court appearance Wednesday morning, at which time he'll be formally charged, arraigned, and get a bail hearing.
Meanwhile, one of the men arrested along with Simpson is speaking out for the first time.
Defendant Walter Alexander said, "my name is Walter Alexander, I've been a friend of O.J.'s."
46-year-old Walter Alexander of Arizona is accused of being one of the gunmen who stormed into a room at the casino Thursday night, allegedly robbing a group of collectors of sports memorabilia.
Walter Alexander said, "I got in a big mess, and I wanna get out of it, and I'm not getting in any trouble, more than I have to be in in this matter, cause it wasn't my problem, I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time."
Alexander faces similar charges as Simpson: robbery, burglary and assault with a deadly weapon, all felonies that could land both men in jail for more than 60 years.
The former football star remains locked up in protective isolation.
