The Midland Fire Department invited one and all to come out to their annual open house on Saturday.
The event had everything from food and fun to safety demonstrations put on by local firefighters.
Folks got to take tours of the fire station, the equipment, and the fire museum, and helping to put on the open house was the Midland Downtown Lion's Club.
"The Midland Downtown Lion's Club help built and donated the Fire Museum, as a centennial gift to the citizens of Midland. We serve popcorn, and cotton candy here every year, and it's just a great place to be," Kimberly Brandom, with the Midland Downtown Lion's Club said.
Officials say in addition to all the fun and games, Blockbuster Video helped in sponsoring project kid print, which gave parents a DVD ID of their child.
