For the second time this week, an elderly driver is killed in Big Spring.
Big Spring Police say 91 year old Mary Hughes was pronounced dead at Scenic Mountain Medical Center.
According to reports, Hughes was attempting to turn east on FM 700 from a private drive and was hit by 17 year Brittany Dominguez also of Big Spring.
