A Midland County Constable is speaking out about what he calls ''unfair treatment''.
Constable Ted Macklin, along with several other Precinct Three officials hosted a town hall meeting on Thursday night at the Southeast Senior Center.
It was a chance for the community to meet elected officials and raise any concerns they might have, but Constable Macklin had some concerns of his own.
He told the audience, that he's the only constable who's not getting any administrative help.
Macklin says other Constables have a clerk to help process warrants and other paperwork, and he doesn't think it's fair.
