Ector county wants FutureGen, and Commissioners are making that clear.
They voted Monday, re-affirming their agreement from earlier this year to get easements for the Penwell site, and to build a road leading to it, if the site is chosen.
County Judge Susan Redford says the vote is to show Ector County is still committed to doing these things to bring the project to West Texas.
The Penwell site is one of four in the Nation being considered.
