A rollover accident in northern Ector County Monday evening claims the life of one man, and sends two others to the hospital.
The Department of Public Safety has identified the deceased as 56 year old John Tavarez.
He was one of four men riding in a truck owned by Longhorn Insulation of Odessa.
Troopers say the driver went off the road on the northwest Loop of highway 338, over-corrected, then flipped the truck at least two times.
A doctor reportedly witnessed the incident, but couldn't help the victim because he was pinned underneath the truck.
Two other victims were transported to Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
One of them is said to be o.k., the other suffered serious injuries, but his condition is unknown.
The deceased was transported to the Medical Examiner's Office.
Troopers say they're continuing the investigation to determine why the driver ran off the road.
