A Midland police officer is out of a job, and so is a police dispatcher for U-T-P-B.

All over charges they provided alcohol to minors.

Authorities say Officer Bradley Robertson and his wife Lisa hosted a party in November.

They're accused along with dispatcher Lee Wallace of providing booze to two women who were 18 and 20 years old.

Robertson had only been with the Midland Police Department a month when it allegedly happened.

Interim Chief of Police Price Robinson said it was unfortunate that he had to let Robertson go, but he had to do what was right for the department.

Midland district attorney Teresa Clingman said in twenty years she has never seen a case like this go through the DA's office in Midland.

All three are charged with a misdemeanor of furnishing alcohol to a minor.

If found guilty, each could face a year in jail, and a four thousand dollar fine.
