More details released in investigation against a Midland Police officer

New details on a Midland Police officer under investigation for allegedly providing alcohol to minors in his home.

T-A-B-C says they were called in to investigate and have handed the case over to the District Attorney's Office.

NewsWest Nine has learned that hand over happened two weeks ago.

Recently retired D.A. Al Schorre passed it on to now Interim D.A. Teresa Clingman.

Clingman tells NewsWest Nine, her office will make a decision whether to pursue the case within then next ten days.

Meanwhile, Interim Police Chief Price Robinson is releasing few details about the alleged incident back in October.

A report was filed only a few weeks ago stating the officer provided alcohol to minors inside his home.

Robinson says right now they're conducting an internal investigation.
