100-thousand dollars.

That's the pricetag to get out of jail on bond for one Odessa woman, charged in the death of her nine-month old son.

Noemi Acosta is charged with intoxication manslaughter.

Investigators say back in April, she crashed her car into a pole, causing it to roll over.

Her infant son, Jesus Navarrette was thrown out.

Officials say at the time of the crash, Acosta's blood alcohol level was over the legal limit.
