That's the verdict handed down by a Midland jury in the trial of a former Midland Lady Rebels basketball coach.
After three and a half hours of deliberations, a midland jury found Dan Simmons, not guilty.

Simmons has now been cleared of three counts of indecency with a child by contact.
A former player accused simmons of touching her inappropriately in his office.
The now 21 year old, testified he hugged her for a long time, making her feel uncomfortable, then she claims he touched her rear end and breast.
However, the seven men and five woman jury did not feel there was enough evidence to convict.
