Two Midland officers are back on patrol today, after being cleared of any wrongdoing after shooting and killing a murder suspect.
Detective Matthew Fraley and Sergeant Michael Hedrick were put on administrative duty, while police investigated.
A police review board found they didn't do anything wrong when they shot and killed 20 year old Chad Sanchez.
The board says their actions were in compliance with both state law and Police Department rules.
Texas Rangers are still conducting their own investigation.
It all happened back in April, when Midland Police were searching for Sanchez.
He was the suspect in a double murder.
When they found him, police say he ran.
When police tried to arrest him, officers say he started struggling, and appeared to reach for a weapon.
That's when Fraley and Hedrick fired their guns.
