The project to bring state of the art energy technology to West Texas is underway.

This comes after the partnership of Navasota Energy Partners l-P, and Quail Run Energy center.

Quail Run has begun generating megawatts for phase 1 of its 550 megawatt gas fired combined cycle power plant in Odessa.

The first phase consists of 275 mega-watts.

The plant has been built using state-of-the-art emissions control technology, that has either met or exceeded all state and federal regulations for a plant of this type.
