ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Odessa police are asking for the public's help locating a wanted fugitive.
Johnny Lee Carter, 29, is wanted for injury to a child causing serious bodily injury. He is described as weighing around 180 pounds and measuring 5'9" tall.
Anyone with information regarding Carter's location is asked to call the Odessa Police Department or Odessa Crime Stoppers and reference Case #18-38247.
