GAINES COUNTY, TX (KWES) - One woman is dead after a crash Saturday evening.
Juan G. Fernandez, 25, was traveling west on U.S. 62 behind and Nicolas L. Villalobos, 63, and his passenger Belinda V. Villalobos, 62.
According to officials, Villabos slowed down to turn left and was struck by Fernandez.
Belinda died on scene and Nicolas was transported to University Medical Center Hospital in Lubbock with incapacitating injuries.
The roads were wet due to rain.
