ANDREWS, TX (KWES) - Oncor is reporting multiple outages in Andrews Thursday morning.
Outages appear to be scattered about the city and many of the outages as small.
The largest outage appears to be along 385. This outage is reportedly affecting over 2,000 people.
The estimated time of restoration is currently unknown.
