MIDLAND COUNTY, TX (KWES) - Assistant DA Jon Wolf is no longer working with the District Attorney after a complaint was filed.
According to Midland County officials, the prosecutor was accused of violating their social media policy.
Once the investigation began, the prosecutor decided to resign. At this time the specific violation hasn't been released.
