Ready to be fit for the fall season? Then it's time to sign up for the 30 for 30 fitness challenge from Odessa College.
Each year in the fall, Odessa College challenges its employees and students to get up and get moving for 30 minutes every day for 30 days during the month of September.
"We want people to be active, to be healthy, to be engaged and to be able to do more and have the best lives that they can," said Christine Williams, director of Community Recreations Sports Center.
This year's challenge will begin Sept. 1.
You can register online at Odessa.edu or in person at the Odessa College Sports Center front office.
Registration is free and prizes will be up for grabs for both individuals and teams.
