Odessa Police warn that someone is calling residents, pretending to be the IRS, stating that they have unpaid taxes and that they need to pay them or a warrant will be issued.
Do not pay them or give them any information, they are scammers.
Instead, hang up and call the IRS directly at 1-800-829-1040 if you have any questions.
