ODESSA, TX (KWES) - Texas Department of Public Safety responded to a fatal auto-pedestrian crash on Friday.
The crash occurred on Interstate Highway 20, five miles west of Odessa, at around 9:50 p.m.
David Lara, 62, was driving east on I-20 when the pedestrian Alan Ferreyro, 23, walked east on the roadway in dark clothing and was struck.
Ferreyro was pronounced dead at the scene.
