Permian softball falls in first game of regional semifinal series

ABILENE, TX (KWES) -

The Permian Softball team lost their first game of the regional semifinal series against Plano High 10-9 on Thursday night in Abilene. The Panthers will have to win the next two games in the series in order to advance and keep their historic playoff run alive. They will play Plano again tonight at 7:30p.m.

    Justin Lee Rodriguez, 22, has been charged with two counts of Fail to Stop and Render Aid “3rd Degree Felony”. An ongoing investigation and a Crime Stopper’s tip resulted in the suspect being identified. Rodriguez also reportedly had injuries consistent with being involved in a crash.
