ECTOR COUNTY, TX (KWES) - The longtime issue of Ector County Courthouse phone lines is nearly over.
Employees in Ector County who have called the courthouse heard the dial tones or nothing at all for almost a month now but after a unanimous decision, the courthouse has finally created an amendment to their general fund to fix the phones.
This amendment allows for $116,125 to fix this issue and get the courthouse running at full speed once again.
