PERMIAN BASIN, TX (KWES) - Little Women is coming to West Texas, the screenings are part of the new PBS mini-series.
The classic coming-of-age tale loved by generations of women is set during the Civil War and explores the journey of four sisters as they go from childhood into adulthood.
The collaboration between PBS and Masterpiece adapts the Louisa May Alcott book as was originally published in 1868.
While the series premiers in early May, people in the Permian Basin will get two opportunities to preview it in April.
The first screening will be on the 23 at the Andrews County Library, located at 109 NW 1st Street from 6 p.m. until 7.
The second screening will be on the 26 at the Junior League of Midland, located at 902 W. Dengar from 6 p.m. until 7.
