(KWES) - According to a report by Sutliff & Stout: Injury and Accident Law Firm, Odessa and Midland are the Texas cities with the highest drunk driving fatality rates.
Odessa, which was ranked number one, had an average of 6.29 annual drunk driving deaths per 100,000 residents. Midland was not far behind in second place, with an average of 6.19 annual drunk driving deaths per 100,000 residents.
Following these Permian Basin cities was Dallas, San Marcos, San Antonio, Baytown, Longview, Waco, Houston, and Lubbock, respectively.
These results were based on incidents within the last five years.
