SAPD searching for driver who rammed another vehicle at Police Headquarters

SAN ANGELO, TX (KWES) -

UPDATE:  Carlos V. Mejia, 36, of San Angelo, turned himself in at Police Headquarters this afternoon. 

Mejia was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and booked into the Tom Green County Jail.

Mejia was brought to Police Headquarters for an interview and advised of his pending charge.

San Angelo Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a driver who used their vehicle to ram another vehicle near Police headquarters March 21, 2018.

According to SAPD, the suspect’s vehicle is a white-colored, short cab pickup truck, possibly a Toyota Tacoma, with a black grill guard, a toolbox, and loud pipes.
