A Midland man is under arrest on charges of sexually assaulting a child.
According to the arrest report, the victim says Kyle Blevins, 30, bribed him into performing oral sex for buying the victim a play station.
The report also says the victim claims Blevins touched him sexually.
Police records show the victim's mom told officers she found a cell phone video recording of the crime on Blevins' phone.
Blevins has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child - sexual contact.
His bond is set at $75,000.
