ODESSA, TX (KWES) - One person has been charged and arrested, while Odessa police said they are looking for another suspect involved in a robbery and aggravated assault investigation.
Authorities said they responded to a rolling disturbance in the area of Murphy Street and Crane Avenue.
We're told the disturbance moved out of city limits and both parties were stopped by the Ector County Sherriff's Office.
Odessa police said they made contact with a 50-year-old complainant and another male subject, Ray Charles Mosley, 67.
We're told the complainant advised he had been robbed by Mosley at the Chevron gas station.
Police investigation revealed the complainant advised he withdrew $40 from an ATM and exited the store, afterwards, he was approached by Mosley and an unknown female subject.
Further investigation revealed Mosley pushed the complainant up against his truck and held him while the female suspect grabbed $40 from the complainant's hand.
According to authorities, Mosley and the unknown female suspect fled the scene in two separate vehicles, while the complainant followed.
Police said Mosley used his vehicle to purposely strike the complainant's vehicle multiple times.
The investigation revealed there were no reported injuries and little is known about the female suspect.
