U.S. Marshals looking for inmates who escaped from Big Spring Prison

BIG SPRING, TX (KWES) -

U.S. Marshals along with other agencies are looking for two inmates that escaped from the Satellite Prison Camp in Big Spring.

Gustavo Adolfo Leon, 33, and Hector Hernan Lerma, 43, were discovered missing from the Federal Correctional Institution on Sunday, just after 4 p.m.

Leon is a Hispanic man with brown eyes, weighs about 192 pounds and is 5’ 11” tall.  He was sentenced for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute 1000 kilos or more of marijuana.

Lerma is a Hispanic man with black hair, brown eyes, weighs about 250 pounds and is about 6’ tall. He was sentenced for conspiracy to import marijuana, less than 1000 kilos.
