ODESSA, TX (KWES) - The Odessa Police Department is investigating an indecent exposure that happened back on Nov. 3, 2017, at the Ector County Library.

The victim told officers she had been sitting and studying at the library when the suspect kept staring at her and attempted to make conversation, but she ignored him.

The victim says that's when he exposed himself to her and left the scene before police were able to get there.

The suspect is described as a black man wearing a green sweater and blue jeans. He's about 6'3" tall and 250 pounds, approximately 35 years old.
