Midland police are looking for a convenience store robbery suspect

MIDLAND, TX (KWES) -

Midland police are asking for your help in finding a robbery suspect at a convenience store. 

On Oct. 16, 2017, we’re told a male suspect was reportedly involved in a theft at a Stripes convenience store located on 2622 Rankin Highway.

According to Midland police, the suspect was wearing a Stripes uniform but was not an employee. Police said the suspect was seen leaving in a dark colored Ford F-150 pickup.

Midland police are asking if you have any information on the suspect’s identity, to please call Midland Crime Stoppers at (432) 694-TIPS regarding case #171016007.

     According to police, a black Ford F-150, being operated by Marcelo Olivas, 17, was traveling on private property when a 20-month-old boy ran out in front of the F-150 and was struck by it.
