MIDLAND, TX (KWES) -

Frequent flyers will want to make sure to get to the Midland airport this week.

The Transportation Security Administration will be in town to register travelers for their Pre-Check program but they're only here for the week.

They will be at the airport from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. with an hour lunch break at noon.

The T.S.A. application center will be open in the third floor media room the rest of the week.

Once you are registered with T.S.A. pre-check, the next time you travel you will not need to take off shoes or jackets and you won't need to take your laptop out of your bag.

You will need to pay $85 to sign-up and you will be registered as a pre-check passenger for the next five years.
