Man arrested, accused of sexually assaulting 2 children

ODESSA, TX (KWES) -

One man is behind bars accused of sexually assaulting 2 children.

David Wood, 38, is charged with six counts of indecency with a child (warrants) and two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child (warrants).

We’re told that a report was made with Odessa police back on July 26, 2017.

According to the report, a complainant reported that a 7-year-old and 9-year-old boy were sexually assaulted by Wood.

Police said an interview was conducted with the victims at a child advocacy center.

We’re told an investigation revealed that Wood exposed himself and sexually assaulted the boys on multiple occasions.

Wood is currently behind bars at the Ector County Law Enforcement Center.
